Gold Prospectors of Colorado

The GPOC was started in 1974 as a non profit organization for the promotion of recreational mining in the Colorado area.

Located in the Golden area, this company offers the latest equipment for the recreation miner and has a full line of metal detectors.

Rocky Mountain Prospectors & Treasure Hunters Club

RMPTH is an independent nonprofit hobbyist social club, open to anyone interested in prospecting, detecting or treasure hunting. Its purpose is to provide an educational and social forum of mutual benefit for members. RMPTH holds a monthly meeting and conducts various field outings, as well as offers special presentations and seminars.

 

 

Colorado Springs Chapter of the GPAA

The Gold Prospectors Association (GPAA) was founded in 1968 to preserve and promote the great heritage of the North American Prospector. The GPAA was also dedicated to providing a platform for the exchange of information, presenting an organized voice for recreational and professional prospectors and helping it's members find more gold.

Grand Junction Gold Prospectors

This is western Colorado GPAA Club in Grand Junction.

 

Western Colorado Chapter of GPAA meets the third Thursday of each month at 115 Main Street, Olathe, Colorado at 7 p.m.. Early arrivals are recommended.

The Gold Prospectors of the Rockies (GPR) was founded in Denver, Colorado, in 1995. The general purpose of this non-profit, family-oriented club is "the advancement of gold prospecting."
